Haul - EOS Lip Balm Spheres

Well it didn't take long until I ended up buying more EOS lip balms oops! But my dog had decided to eat my other and I loved that one so much it had to be replaced.

I was going to purchase just the one but ended up buying a set of eight, by buying the eight it meant that the balms were around £2.90 each instead of the £5 ish that I had paid for the one. I got the multipack from amazon direct and it arrived quickly as usual with the bonus of free delivery.

In the pack the flavours you get are…

eos lip balm, eos spheres, eos review, eos lemon drop, eos pomegranate raspberry, eos tangerine,
Lemon Drop - Pomegranate Raspberry - Tangerine - Strawberry Sorbet - Summer Fruit - Blueberry Acai - Sweet Mint - Honeysuckle Honeydew
The Lemon Drop has SPF 15 in it which would be beneficial and smells and tastes lovely.

Pomegranate Raspberry has a gorgeous smell and taste.

The Tangerine doesn't smell too good to me, this one is medicated for added relief.

Strawberry Sorbet smells fab and tastes lovely too.

Summer Fruit also smells and tastes fab too this is my second favourite after sweet mint.

Blueberry Acai  reminds me of blueberry muffins its lovely.

Honeysuckle Honeydew isn't my fave either.

eos storage idea

My order of preference would be..

Sweet Mint
♥ Summer Fruit
♥ Strawberry Sorbet
♥ Pomegranate Raspberry
♥ Lemon Drop
♥ Blueberry Acai
♥ Tangerine
♥ Honeysuckle Honeydew

Nails - China Glaze - Glitter Collection 2014

This is what I have in my glitter collection at the moment…

china glaze glitters, china glaze glitter collection
Fairy Dust, Snow Globe, Techno, Nova and Silver Lining

china glaze glitter review

I love love love all of these glitters, China Glaze make the best glitters.

♥ Fairy Dust ♥

china glaze fairy dust

Fairy dust is a very sparkly micro glitter that are multicoloured in a clear base. It's absolutely stunning I always wear this one as a topper, it looks fab over darker one colour manicures and on any colour gradient it is probably my favourite out of them all (I've nearly emptied the bottle!).

♥ Snow Globe ♥

china glaze snow globe

Snow globe is exactly like it says, it has a clear base and is crammed full of iridescent multi colour/size glitters. I find that this one looks amazing over blue colours but I'm not as keen on it on black as the yellow glitters stand out too much. I wouldn't wear it on its own either.

♥ Techno ♥

china glaze techno

Techno is a clear base polish with holographic hex glitters and silver micro glitter. This one is my second favourite I wear this one on top of everything to give it a little sparkly touch. The only downside with this one as I'm sure you can see is that the hexes are rather hard to get out of the bottle and seem to get stuck down the bottom.

♥ Nova ♥

china glaze nova

Nova is very similar to Techno just that it has more glitter packed into the clear base and that the glitter and hexes are smaller. I use this one when I simply need extra glitter coverage.

♥ Silver Lining ♥

Silver lining is a silver micro glitter in a clear base, this is my least favourite of them all. What I would use this one for is to do a glitter waterfall especially on black or a dark colour it looks fab and so sparkly.

Things - Next - Heart Cake Stand - Review

Recently there was a Birthday at my household, and I was in need of a pretty cake stand for the occasion.

I looked online and in many stores including Asda, Tesco, Sainsburys, Lakeland, Dunhelm Mill and Next.

I found nothing that exciting until I decided to go to Next and found these pretty heart cake stands in their home department, I had finally found the perfect ones.

The stand is a white porcelain heart shape plate design that has two tires linked with chrome look fixings. The size is a 24cm height and 26cm width, also benefiting from being dishwasher and microwave safe. But I don't think I would be using it in the microwave anytime soon. On their website the image shows the handles as heart shaped, but what I received from the store was a oval shape which is a little disappointing. The price for a stand is £12 which is quite pricey compared to the availability of a circular plated 2 tier stand in Asda for £6, but I feel that the quality and the design of Next's stand is far better.

You get the stand as two plates and two chrome poles one with a handle in a small box, along with metal and foam washers.

Other than the handles not being the same as expected I've had no issues with this stand and do not regret purchasing it at all, I used it to hold some little scones and some fruit cake and it did the job perfectly.

Below are some pictures:

Things - EOS - Sweet Mint - Review

Recently I decided to purchase one of these as I wanted to see if it was better than my usual of Burt's Bees replenishing lip balm in pomegranate.

I decided to get the Sweet Mint one because normally mint lip balms make my lips a little more plump.

EOS lip balm spheres are 95% organic a 100% natural and most of all paraben and petroleum free. It has Shea butter, vitamin-e and jojoba oil to make lips moisturised and smooth.

I bought mine from amazon for around £5 ish.
I was rather gutted when mine arrived all melted with the sphere in the lid, but other than that I've had no issues with the product at all. I love it you only need to put a tiny bit on and your lips feel heavenly the product simply melts in not leaving a greasy sticky feeling like some brands. It also tastes fine if you "accidentally" lick some and it smells divine.

Here's some pictures below:

It has replaced my Burt's Bees for the time being and I think I will be purchasing more flavours very soon!

China Glaze - Gelaze Collection

I've been waiting forever for this collection especially as I'm quite heavy on my hands and I don't often see my polish not chip after two days which is very annoying.

The gelaze collection has already been launched in the US and possibly other countries that I don't know if, but its still not here in the UK.

China Glaze said that gelaze will arrive in the UK this summer and according to a source I think it will be sooner in the 'Summer' than expected, as it should be available on the 21st of April.

I hope that it does become available then as I can't wait to try it out.

I already know that I'm going to get a white, black and the flying dragon which looks absolutely stunning.

Finally arrived and tried it read about it here
